OVERVIEW of ABS Sheet - GP Forming Grade ABS Sheet (General Purpose ABS Plastic Sheets - thermoforming grade) is offered by Professional Plastics in a wide range colors & grades. ABS Sheets are produced in monolayer and co-extruded multilayer. Stocked in Standard Black and White with Hair Cell Finish on 1 Side. Custom colors also available. Custom formulations can be combined to provide performance an cost saving options such as Virgin Cap + Utility Base, Low Gloss (matte) Cap + Utility Base, and Custom Color Cap + Utility Base. Standard ABS Sheet Finish is Hair Cell 1 Side (Textured 1 Side, Smooth 1 Side) GP Forming Grade ABS Sheet is Durable and Easily Vacuum-Formed

Special properties of ABS

1. End uses of ABS Sheet include tub/shower surrounds, pickup truck caps, boat accessories, automotive trim parts, and computer housings.

2. "GP ABS" stands for "General Purpose ABS" Forming Grade Sheets.

3. Thin Sheets (.062" & below) may be rolled for UPS & shipped in a cardboard tube to save freight.

4. Special Cut-To-Size Sheets Available Upon Request (additional cutting fee may apply)

5. For cut sheets, please make a note in the Special Instructions Box on the Check-Out screen.

6. This material is typically sold in standard full sheets (48" x 96").

7. ABS Sheets Larger than 36" x 48" Cannot be shipped via UPS.
