Nylon (PA6) 6 has the best performance, very tough, even at low temperatures, and high surface

hardness, mechanical lower shock, and abrasion resistance. It’s widely used in a variety of mechanical

structures and spare parts.

Product features:

1. High mechanical strength
Good tensile strength, high impact and notching impact strength, high strength and stiffness, some

properties of toughness and strength value is similar to metals.

2. Good wear resistance
Good glide and limp home character, it’s excellent self-lubrication plastic. It is specifically for contacting

some un-lubricated running parts.

3. Good chemical stability

Good chemical stability against organic solvents and fuel, able to reinforced with variety of additives

during the reaction, such as, lubricant, molybdenum disulfide, graphite glass fiber, carbon fiber etc.,

to improve the properties, higher performance of wear-resistance, corrosion-resistance, self-lubrication,

vibration-absorption, noise-absorption.
